Dr Ali Sherif, is a board certified pediatrician. He was born in Egypt. He completed his medical education in Mansoura medical school. He has been a physician since 1997. Dr Sherif obtained an extensive post graduate training in many hospitals and many countries. He did 5 years of internal medicine and nephrology training in Egypt. Dr Sherif was granted a fellowship in Japan where he obtained his PhD in nephrology. He moved to the USA in 2006. He completed his pediatrics residency at Drsicoll Childrens Hospital in Corpus Christi TX in 2009. He did one year of pediatric nephrology fellowship in Childrens National Medical Center in Washington DC. Dr Sherif moved to Hobbs NM in 2010. Since then he has been practicing general pediatrics. Due to his past medical training in adults medicine, Dr Sherif welcomes to see adult patients at his office especially parents of his pediatric patients. Dr Sherif founded Sherif Pediatrics Clinic in 2015. Along with the long-term care of children’s well-being from birth to adolescence, Dr. Sherif. is highly experienced in the management of inpatient and outpatient care. Dr Sherif and his team would like to bring many years of experience to serve the community southeast NM and adjacent parts of TX.
