My professional journey began in Syria, where I graduated from the esteemed Damascus University Faculty of Medicine. I completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology before making the life-changing decision to move to the United States in 2011 to further my medical education. At the University of New Mexico (UNM), I served as a Postdoctoral Fellow, contributing to groundbreaking cancer and neuroscience research. Following this, I completed a pre-residency fellowship in Neurocritical Care within the Neurosurgery Department at UNM.2018 I pursued a Neurology Residency at UNM, which I successfully completed in 2021. To enhance my expertise in chronic pain management, I undertook an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at UNM's Anesthesia Program. Upon completing my fellowship, I relocated with my family to Florida, where I now practice as an Interventional Pain Physician with Florida Pain Care. We provide advanced, evidence-based pain treatments using both interventional and non- interventional methods to improve patients' quality of life.
