Dr. Noor Amra is a Board Certified eye physician and surgeon by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Practicing in Southern California.
She was born & raised in Los Angeles.
After graduating high school at the top of her class at the age of 16.
She received her undergraduate degree with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) in molecular, cell, and developmental biology from the University of California, where she also received the prestigious full-tuition Regents scholarship (the highest award granted in the UC System).
Dr. Amra has since relocated back to Southern California.
Dr. Amra has a keen interest in noninvasive cosmetic procedures offering the full spectrum of treatments including Botox, filler, and laser treatments.
She is fluent in both Spanish & Arabic.
