The Islamic Center of Boston exists to provide religious, social and educational resources for Muslims living in the Greater Boston area.
The building has undergone several rounds of renovations; the current structure opened in 2005 after a 10,000-square-foot addition was completed.
The ICB hosts or participates in many inter-faith lectures and classes.
It also operates a Sunday school program for Muslim boys and girls that runs from September through June.
Daily prayer sessions are observed.
