Mona M. Youssef is the former Division Chief of Children and Youth Services for the Michigan Attorney General's office, focusing on child abuse and neglect, and overseeing juvenile cases. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and its Law School, is the first Arab American to hold that specific position, and holds a certification as a Child Welfare Law Specialist (CWLS).
