A Houston resident since 1979, Nidal is an avid enthusiast of his community and loves the incredible diversity of cultures, lifestyles and businesses this region offers.
Prior to his career in real estate, Nidal attended Miami Dade College, where he obtained his Ophthalmic Optics degree.
He chose a position in the optical field because he wanted to help others see better and thus, enjoy better quality of life.
Nidal felt great satisfaction when a patient would come to him with vision problems and he could listen to them, help, and send them off feeling like they'd been reconnected with the world.
He spent thirty years working with and getting to know countless patients.
After a successful career in optics, he decided to take his passion for helping others in to a different field and earned his real estate license.
Though the industry was different, Nidal was an extremely quick learner and found that the same principles from his previous job applied to real estate: listen closely to what a client needs/wants, work diligently to provide the best result, and most importantly, place the client first.
He gives 100% to every client and is available 24/7 for anything they may need or have questions about.
In every sense of the word, Nidal truly serves those he is privileged enough to work for.
When he isn't working with clients, Nidal enjoys horseback riding, hiking, dancing and traveling.
