Biography
Saeed Tellawi is a Texas attorney representing the owners of privately held and family owned domestic and international businesses.
His practice focuses on transactions & strategic advice related to the entrepreneurial pursuit, including business start-up and partnerships; asset protection; business and real estate acquisitions and sales; succession planning; and a full suite of due diligence services for buyers of companies and commercial real estate.
Starting his first company at the age of 18 and being continuously self-employed since then has helped Saeed develop a practical approach to the practices of law and business.
Saeed has made significant contributions in the business and real estate legal areas since 2007, with involvement in a vast array of start-ups, purchases and dispositions for local and state-wide clients.
