Before law, he managed major projects like the MTA Gateway Center and Ontario International Airport expansion, overseeing subcontractors and scheduling construction activities.
At the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, he supervised dam safety and managed capital projects.
Over the past 11 years at Hunt Ortmann, Mr.
Guirguis has represented various stakeholders in construction, advised on contracts, litigated disputes, and presented seminars on construction law.
He also contributes to the "Greenbook" Committee for Public Works Construction Specifications.
His practice extends to business and real estate disputes, along with collection matters.
