Dr. Rafla attended the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine, earning a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree and his Specialty Certification in Periodontics.
Dr. Rafla also interned at the University Of Southern California School Of Dentistry where he received recognition as chief resident.
Dr. Rafla is a Diplomat of the International College of Oral Implantology and currently holds privileges at UMass/ Memorial, Worcester Medical Center and the Worcester Surgical Center.
Most recently Dr. Rafla was the President of the Worcester District Dental Society and now holds the position of the district Mediator.
Dr. Rafla is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, The American Dental Association and the Academy of Osseointegration
