Bassam A.
Atiyeh, M.D graduated from the American University of Beirut and received pediatric training at the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
He then joined the faculty at Children’s Hospital of Michigan where he was given the “Teacher of the Year Award” twice.
He then moved to the Washington Area in 1996 where he joined Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates and the Department of Pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center as a Clinical Associate Professor.
Dr. Atiyeh is listed as one of the Top Doctors by the Washingtonian Magazine and by Guide to America’s Top Pediatricians.
He lives in Vienna, Virginia with his wife and three daughters.
