Mr.
Shamy primarily concentrates his practice of law in complex litigation cases, including commercial collection and business litigation.

Shamy has further written countless contracts, handled numerous corporate formations and shareholder or member agreements, and negotiated terms of contracts on behalf of both publicly traded and privately held corporations.
