Dr. Balki completed his Medical School at Damascus University School of Medicine.
He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Buffalo/SUNY and then a Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
He has been working in Upland, CA in a private practice Rheumatology office for the last 3 ½ years and is eager to establish himself here in the Santa Monica community and build a thriving practice here on the Westside.
