Cherif Boutros MD, MSc, FACS, is a surgical oncologist at the Tate Cancer Center and University of Maryland Medical System and professor of surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Boutros received his MBChB (M.D.
equivalent) from University of Alexandria, Egypt and completed surgical training in Paris, France where he also obtained the Diploma of Surgical Specialty and a Master of surgical science.
He had a surgical residency in NY Presbyterian Columbia University / Newark Beth Israel-Monmouth, NJ in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology fellowship in Roger Williams Medical Center/Boston University.
