I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working with adults on improving their quality of life.
I obtained my doctorate degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in 2008.
During my graduate studies, I worked with adults who are severely mentally ill and presenting with developmental delays.
After graduating, I worked with young adults and adults in outpatient clinics presenting with a range of challenges.
In 2014, I joined Growing Minds where I conduct individual and couples counseling in our Camarillo office.
I work with adults and young adults (18 or older) presenting with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and relationship stressors among others.
I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Gestalt perspective, which helps the person become more aware of how their thoughts and feelings impact their behaviors and how they make meaning of the world around them.
I really enjoy supporting the person in becoming more aware of their process and developing healthy coping skills to improve their mood and quality of life.
