By implementing Back to Basic healthy, sensible eating using the highest quality of natural yet simple ingredients to cook & bake (all prepared in-house) WITH NO additives, preservatives, lard, corn syrup, margarine, MSG, GMO or any harmful ingredients added.
This will create a perfect balance between great food and health with a variety of savory & sweets from the major & super food groups. History Established in 2011. We have been in the food and beverage business in Houston, TX since 1977 back then we introduced & served the following: Hummus, Pita bread, real yogurt and many other Lebanese & Mediterranean favorites & fresh fruits juices & smoothies from our juice bar.
