Fadi Yousef is a Labor & Employment attorney. He represents clients in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, family and medical leave, whistleblower, executive compensation, non-competes, employment and severance agreements, and various other employment issues.
Fadi has extensive experience in all phases of litigation in federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies like the EEOC, SEC, Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Texas Workforce Commission. Fadi has represented clients at jury trials, arbitrations, administrative evidentiary hearings, and mediations.
Fadi grew up in Damascus, Syria, where he earned his LL.B. law degree from Damascus University. After graduation, Fadi moved to the United States and worked in business management, where he developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fadi then attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he earned his LL.M. Master’s degree in law and received multiple top grade and distinction awards. While in law school, Fadi served as a graduate research assistant doing research on issues related to International Humanitarian Law.
Fadi is a licensed attorney in Texas and New York, and is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and National Employment Lawyers Association, and the William “Mac” Taylor, Jr. American Inn of Court. Fadi has received multiple “Super Lawyers - Rising Star” awards and is a distinguished Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Fadi is fluent in Arabic. He enjoys playing and watching sports in his free time, and was a member of the Texas Tech Law soccer team while in law school.
