Imad Tabbara, MD, FACP brings more than three decades of clinical experience with cancer patients, and holds board certifications by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology, Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
Dr. Tabbara recently joined us as the leader of Hematology and Medical Oncology, and previously served as a fully tenured Professor of Medicine at George Washington University, School of Medicine.
Dr. Tabbara has an extensive publication record in peer-reviewed journals, further committed to improving cancer care through his ongoing clinical research efforts.
He is the principal investigator on numerous cancer clinical trials examining cutting-edge and novel approaches to cancer treatment.
Dr. Tabbara is passionate about delivering high-quality cancer care to each of his patients, bringing his leadership and clinical skills to DCI and contributing to our multidisciplinary, comprehensive and patient-centered approach to cancer care.
