Through its inception in 1992, ICIE has been located at the heart of Rancho Cucamonga in Southern California’s Inland Empire.
We serve as a full time Mosque that caters to the growing Muslim population by supporting Muslim families and individuals, operating academic programs & youth groups, facilitating social and outreach programs, and fostering positive relations with our non-Muslim neighbors, and our greater civic and social service organizations.
