The Islamic Center of North Louisiana (ICNL) was established in 1988 as a non-profit, religious organization.
The Center serves the Muslim community of Ruston and several other surrounding communities of North Louisiana.
The Center's members come from many ethnic groups representing Muslims from all over the world.
