Pete is a litigation attorney who handles a high volume practice, with an emphasis on Bodily Injury (BI), insurance fraud (SIU), Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Windshield/glass litigation and property litigation.
Pete defends carriers throughout all stages of litigation, including SIU pre-suit investigations, conducting Examinations Under Oath and providing coverage opinions.
Prior to joining the firm, Pete gained valuable experience representing numerous carriers throughout all stages of litigation.
He has successfully litigated PIP cases associated with various class action lawsuits throughout the state.
The Florida Department of Financial Services has approved Pete to teach continuing education courses for insurance agents and agencies.
He frequently presents at in-house insurance company seminars, as well as at seminars hosted by the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) and the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC).
Pete is a native of Ormond Beach, Florida.
